1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned or exchanged within 7days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Customers must first contact our team to request approval for return or exchange.

Once approved, items can be returned to our designated location or arranged for pickup, if applicable.

Return shipping fees (if any) may apply and will be communicated in advance.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will arrange for a replacement of the order.
