All orders placed on our platform are shipped through registered DHL courier services. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 days local from the date of order placement and/or payment, or as per the delivery date mutually agreed upon with the customer at the time of order confirmation through WhatsApp.
Please note that the delivery is subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier service or postal authority, and the Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delays caused by them.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Once the order is shipped, the delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID provided during registration.
Any shipping charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, as applicable, are non-refundable.
